This is the most colorful shade in our eye pencil collection. I love it on blue and green eyes, it may be a bit bright for brown or black eyes unless you want to be bold and really apply some color – maybe not for every day but certainly to be flirty and playful once in a while! Apply along the lash line and blend it outward toward the temples and upward toward the crease. Finish off with a few coats of black mascara to really set that smokey eye and make them pop!
