Here’s how to get the best results:
Apply one of our other shades—Chocolate Brown, Plum, Bronze, or Violet—to create a soft smoky eye.
Then, use the Velvet Eye L’uxe Pencil to line the lash line (top and bottom) as close to the lashes as possible.
Slightly blend the liner for a softer finish, but keep the line thicker for maximum impact.
This technique makes your eyes really pop and gives the illusion of super-thick, full lashes.
